Nothing predisposed the sculptor QUEYERATS Denis to an artistic activity because his first job was the one weapons. Born in 1952, it is only in 1995, having ended his military career, that he was able to express this desire buried for a long time by discovering the modelling of the clay.
Exercising even today another activity, he dedicates itself nevertheless to his passion as professional.
His theme of preference stays the feminine body. The forms are round, the clean and harmonious lines, looking for the main part more in sound felt than in a reality which he refuses to copy going to the abstraction.
